After being raised as the son of a Pharaoh Moses learns that he is a Hebrew and must accept his destiny as the leader of his people. Moses' brother Rameses refuses to let the Hebrews go and brings down the wrath of God upon Egypt. This triumph of animated storytelling and colorful design won the Academy Award for Best Song with "When You Believe."
