Joss Whedon follows up his hugely successful BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER series for Fox with FIREFLY an action-packed fusion of the science-fiction and western genres. Set five hundred years in the future FIREFLY depicts a troubled world after a massive universal civil war. The resulting power party the Alliance control everyone and everything except for Malcolm Reynolds Nathan Fillion and the crew of his spaceship Serenity. As the Alliance continues to wreak havoc on the world Malcolm does what he can to restore order to his surroundings.

The continuation and conclusion of the popular FARSCAPE series broadcast on the Sci-Fi Channel from 1999 to 2004 THE PEACEKEEPER WARS picks up where the series left off. John Crighton and Aeryn Sun have decided to marry but are immediately blown to pieces by an alien ship at the close of the ceremony. Luckily Rygel picks up the pieces and reassembles the couple; but now Rygel is the one carrying their child. Elsewhere all-out war is declared between the Peacekeepers and the Scarrans and although Crighton and Aeryn just want to get married and live happily ever after half-breed Peacekeeper Scorpius and Scarran Emperor Staleek are still covetous of Crighton's wormhole knowledge. They hope to use it as a weapon and as the battles rage on Crighton becomes the determining factor of the war's outcome. Tying up all the loose ends of the series this feature provides a satisfactory conclusion for even the most ardent fan with all of the original cast present and a recreation of the look and feel of the show.

Based on the popular British comedy of the same name THE OFFICE takes place in and around the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company in Scranton Pennsylvania. Using the same mockumentary style as the original the series succeeds in capturing the quiet desperation of the poor souls working in this socially stifling environment under the direction of delusional boss regional manager Michael Scott. Comic actor Steve Carell beautifully inhabits the role playing a man so eager to be liked he completely alienates people with one stupid antic after another. Blindly believing himself beloved by his employees for his laid-back nature Michael fails to see that with the exception of nerdy and bizarre Dwight Rainn Wilson he is resented and despised by all. Carell perfectly walks the line between despicable and pathetic enlisting his audience's sympathies just moments before doing or saying something horribly inappropriate.
