Pick from different trainers, environments, and goals and your personal trainer will coach your to get in shape and lose weight. Use with or without the Wii Balance Board (not included) and select from exercises based on 5 types of challenges: dance, boxing, football, cardio, and army. Select between 50 lifestyle goals geared towards men and women such as weight loss, palates, yoga, boxercise and more.
